      Get you started. Work on various clients and projects. Deal with different people, orgnizations. Work life balance is good. Benefits good among peers. Pay is good among peers.

      Cons

      Learn technology all by yourself even the cost will be on you. When project load is low, they will send you to do anything that is billable, even irrelevant, and is not helpful to your career. If not, a let go will be imminent.

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
