everyone is very passionate about what they do and you get a lot of free skincare
Cons
the communication and management is awful. the teams barely talk to each other and every one thinks they're the most elite. HR is awful and literally told me I could have a longer contract and then just ghosted me when my contract was up. like nobody answered my emails or messages and they didn't even fire me or give me a reason why. the company also just keeps pumping out new products even though they have so many older ones that are just sitting there and don't sell. also beware of their marketing a lot of it is BS and claims that can legally be made but aren't true (their products are overloaded with fragrance and they say they're good for sensitive skin which is completely false). the markups are insaaaaaane based on how cheap the products actually cost to be made (a $3 product is literally at Sephora for $68)
