Terribly dated content management systems. Everything was treated as life or death. No sense of joy or real pride in work, everyone just terrified of making any errors and a lot of finger pointing. High stress, convoluted layers and levels of egos and authority, lots of 'busy' work. Very negative team dynamics. As a result, I suffered from anxiety.
