I worked at EDF full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits, including defined benefit pension You'll only ever be asked to work your hours

    Cons

If you're motivated, this isn't the place to you The business is constantly restructuring, and the the terms are so good, that the organisation is full of people who are coasting. Great place to work for a few years, but you won't learn much.

    Pros

    Cons

This is like working in North Korea, no desire to tackle the real problems and only focus on the next quarter.

Sell to a better operating company.
