Pros
Decent and sensible company Surprise by many negative reviews - seems from ex-employees let go due to unsatisfactory performance. They make up fake story to make company look bad. For me, I have learn a lot by doing and also colleagues are friendly. Although not perfect, better than many employers in HK already
Cons
Room for improvement in code quality, which sometime get backlog due to tight schedule Happen with all IT project, but debugging will be easier and better for long term maintenance
