Pros

- Not much work as it responses to market very slow, and filled with a bunch of Europeans who doesn't understand APAC markets, hence cannot come up with any plans and actions

Cons

- Never treasure people, it shows true color during COVID-19 - Junior staff need to cut 70% of salary, while senior management cut 30% of salary only, how RIDICULES!!!! - It has serious cash flow issues, staff who got laid-off are being asked to accept installments for severance payment, which is a joke and it is illegal - About cash flow concern, they never settle vendors' invoice on-time, can owe vendor over US$130 for more than 3 months - Most of the senior management are Europeans, who are arrogant, not listen to others, don't understand characteristics of Asia markets, have no idea what competitors are doing - Management always put the blame on staff even they are they one who have made the wrong decisions - Management has no insight at all, react to market extremely slow, for example, react to festive promotion & item discounts just 1 to 1.5 months ahead, which generally retailers will do this at least 3 months in advance, or even earlier as all festive are FIXED holidays! - Other staff who have been working here for a long time (over 10 years), are all very lazy, and what they have completed are below market standards

Pros

READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS, THEY ARE TRUE. Leaving for the day, getting paid, and wonderful co-workers (NOT MANAGEMENT).

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE AND MANAGEMENT. This company preys on your desperation. Quick to hire and quick to fire people. Getting there and leaving is a hassle. Entitlement and superiority complex between management and employees, especially since many have recently immigrated, work other jobs, or are bettering themselves in university. Pay is minimal, no set schedule that’s also given the day before the work week, hours are reduced, shifts can be less than 10 hours apart, your life revolves around them. Work life balance is only lip service to gaslight you to think they care…they don’t. They are set in their ways.
