I could write a whole essay why you shouldn't step a foot in this company Let's begin with the fact that the so called ''Head-technician's' mentally abuse you daily, they are allowed to call and scream at you if you make a small mistake of if they think you made a mistake, they will find every single reason to call you daily and complain which takes a huge mental tool on you. They do not provide you with transportation, workplace is a bit far away from the city center, there are no metros around, if you finish at 2-3 AM , you have no other choice but to pay for taxi. They do not allow so called ''sick-leave'' if you have a fever they will force you to come to work if you do not find a replacement,if you still skip the work due to health reasons they will fire you.
