      Better than being jobless and an illusion of future career opportunities.

      Cons

      Management, aggressive and demanding, no support with transportation after night shifts, low level communication from technicians and manager, low level comfort at the office, literally fighting for basic stuff to be done, mostly without success, lack of manners and basic decency.
