      Pros

      Fantastic, anti-boomer, work culture CEO made efforts to really connect with the team. Great guy! Decent benefits for the size of the company

      Cons

      still operates as a start-up = no career growth and especially no career stability. Far too many 'not mandatory but you should really go' after-work events Multiple-round layoffs are common. Heard of one recently, so I'm not sure who still works there besides execs Certain roles were prioritized over others

      Pros

      • Drop makes it clear to understand why you're doing something and provides just the right amount of direction to work towards. • A lot of teams claim to be "transparent" and "agile". Drop is one of the few companies that actually follows this methodology everyday. • Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      • Easy to work more than the regular 9-5. Startups often see this as a positive, but I don't agree. It's not required, just seems slightly encouraged.
