The company really went downhill over the last year with all of the layoffs. There is zero transparency or accountability from senior management, they continuously lied to employees about the status of the company. They stopped paying out gift cards to customers, to try to extend their runway and are now lying to customers about the reasons why. I don't see how this business turns around if they alienate all of their customers. I'd be shocked if it's still around next year.

As others have said the company went downhill big time after the last few rounds of layoffs. Employee morale is through the floor. There is absolutely zero transparency from management, who continue to lie to employees about the financial state of the company. The company is broke and has stopped paying out rewards to customers, (have a look at their google play reviews).
