Old boys club upper management Not one woman above a location manager. They spew equality, zero harassment etc but I know 2 female staff that have been sexually harassed, and the company punished them. To the point of giving one 90 days notice. It's a big free.for all, the staff do what the want, and upper management only.cares about the money. The system they have is designed to have FDs fail, and when you don't they go on the personal attack, with jealousy and envy.
