Pros
Understanding Supervisor and Manager, being able to WFH and not being questioned about illness, great co-workers in willing to jump in and help out, or going outside of your pod to help others.
Cons
Depends on which area/department you work in, things aren't always as great. Some supervisors/management could lighten up in regard to work accommodations, as some people truly have health conditions vs those who really don't but get that extra mile for them (heard from others regarding work accommodations, not my experience).
