      Caring leadership struggles against a disconnected president

      Pros

      Very caring director and manager who are micro-managed and unless they toe the line they will lose their jobs completely or be demoted.

      Cons

      HR department that reacts slowly and ties the hands of operations leadership. A president that has lost touch with his employees and has placed way to much trust in one terrible VP. Morale is at an all time low and people are working in fear of losing their jobs.
