Business outlook
Pros
Good compensation, including 401K and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Health benefits are generous. Employees take pride in working at Dexcom. Great company, market leader, innovative and cutting-edge product in a good industry. Recruiting process was professional and respectful. Day-to-day the environment has good energy, and I believe the outlook is bright for this company; definitely somewhere I'd like to stay long-term.
Cons
Growing pains; this company is growing so fast because the product is amazing and much needed.... so with that comes some growing pains with organizational structuring, processes, etc, but nothing that outweighs (or even comes close to outweighing) all the good.
