Over time, the decline in morale, and sweeping changes by management (mandatory OT, removal of knowledge base, etc.) ultimately led to the decision to outsource the majority of technical support and customer service overseas.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
