24/7 environment means you probably won't get the schedule you want. They more or less ignore schedule requests and place you where they need people, regardless of what you want.
Little room for growth - they hire people into higher positions rather than promoting existing employees.
Not a Technical Support role, more of a Customer Service role.
They won't hire you for this position if you don't have 24/7 availability, meaning if you have any sort of life outside of work you'll have to choose.
