Good colleagues, but no bonuses as promised - Anonymous employee Delta Capital Employee Review

I would not recommend joining Delta Capita though. At the most recent company meeting, we were told that no bonusees would be given to junior staff (associate consultants and consultants). I have immense regret accepting Delta Capita’s offer and receiving no bonus following a year's worth of hard work. Quit and moved back home for a more relaxing and flexible in-between job.
