Feel like I've been overlooked and underpaid for too long. Should be getting 20% more than I am for my experience level within the firm (not even factoring in my good feedback and performance)

I would not recommend joining Delta Capita though. At the most recent company meeting, we were told that no bonusees would be given to junior staff (associate consultants and consultants). I have immense regret accepting Delta Capita’s offer and receiving no bonus following a year's worth of hard work. Quit and moved back home for a more relaxing and flexible in-between job.
