Pros
Great place to start with little experience, wonderful people to work with, rewarded for personal initiative, have seen improvement with return of Dell to the company, many opportunities for diverse experience across many functions, customer types, etc., opportunities to work with other companies/vendors on projects, constantly evolving product line means you are always learning, many opportunities for personal and professional growth
Cons
Inconsistent pay structure, constantly changing, somewhat unreasonable expectations during a down economy, newer divisions have trouble estimating revenue and growth, too many layers of management, constant reorganization, limits on job transitions/promotions when current team management cannot find talent, can sometimes be difficult to change jobs within the company even if hiring manager wants you, often too many meetings, useless "AHOD's" and training sessions
