Dell Technologies Interview Questions

I got asked by a recruiter to apply for inside sales job. Told me everything about the job and company so I applied. I got to the virtual interview which they ask questions and then you video tape yourself answering . A week later I got an email saying that I made it to the “real interview “ and told me to wait until I received from one of the other hiring Managers to schedule it. I waited over a week with no response. I email them about when are they going to send me the email about the interview and got no response. That Friday I got an email saying that they had filled up the job and that I should apply again. This is very unprofessional and unfair, they made me wait for so long, didn’t even give me the chance and never responded to me when I asked. If you get the job I wish u the best.

My interviewer was the Director of Sales and she was very nice. I walked her through my resume and she asked me typical interview questions. It is important to maintain eye contact and not appear nervous.

Basic Technical Questions, I thought I was in since the interviewer went one hour over the scheduled end time, but I still did not get an offer - he just wasted my time.

10-15 min presentation to evaluate public speaking and virtual engagement over Zoom. Not predetermined topic but needs to show subject matter expertise. Presented to hiring manager and other team members.

First round -technical Second round -HR the interview went good ,they asked easy questions. they asked basics of java as i m a fresher multithreading ,collections and framework are the important things for the interview

3 tech rounds, need to be able to execute the program and pass all the cases, system design was also asked, coding can be in any language - java, python, typescript

some question about your self, technical interview : apple many ways to replace 5 with 7 and 7 with 5. and then question about python like slices and reverse and then quetion about python like slices and reverse

Basic, wanted to know a lot of interpersonal skills. Interviewer seemed distracted the whole time. The interview was about 45 minutes and the follow up process was pretty simple. Two more interviews after the first.

It was a great process. I liked the way the conducted themselves. I am thankful for the conversations that were had. I think this would be a good place for people to work.
