Pros
Plenty of options for upward mobility, as well as lateral moves if you get bored in your role. Meritocracy where your performance really does matter. People who meet quota never have to worry about layoffs. If you have a great manager, it's a great place to work.
Cons
They'll hire just about anybody, so you can end up with some dead weight on your team. Often people do just enough to get by, so if you're a hard worker you can really stand out.
