Pros
I found really professional the on-boarding process here. Every single detail is very well though for us to feel that the company is with us, meaning that I never felt alone throughout these months. People is very friendly at first and willing to help with everything you may need. My boss has been so attentive and so my team members.
Cons
One of the main reasons I´m not rating Dell with 5 star is the temperature at the office. It´s always freezing cold in here. I see every single week a colleague that has a flu or a cough . I have raised a ticket stating the importance of having a warmer environment, but the office is cold every single day. Another thing that I see is the integration between Dell and EMC. I can tell that there´s still some conflict. Dell has a strong culture on how to treat the employee with respect. I came across that this can be easily not follow. I´m sure that is just a matter of time to have a integration fully complete.
