- Employees are NOT motivated. Not many people are loyal to the company. Don't believe in its vision.
- Lot of bureaucracy. Takes forever for any changes to happen. Probably not a good thing for a tech company
- Provides terrible systems (laptops) for its employees. Frustrating to work on their laptops. Hard to be a promoter of Dell products after working there.
- Terrible systems. Don't even have a proper ERP system. Everything is done on Excel or old legacy systems. (when I say old, I literally mean 10-15 year old systems)
- Lot of churn in management. Lack of continuity and direction due to this.
