Pros
Pay was good above entry level; adequate for admins. Practitioners always had something new & different to work on. No micromanaging of professional staff.
Cons
Top mgt was very charming (& may have even meant well) but 90% was happy talk. Top mgrs weren’t business people, thought they were, & never recognized their limitations. That mgt sold out & is now gone. Company has been in limbo for around a year, & is now owned by a bigger company. Some previous sr. folks have left in the last year.
