      Pros

      DCG is a small company that has grown every year since its inception in 2008. It makes innovative and interesting products that are used by leading edge customers in the semiconductor industry. The culture is dynamic but changing with growth.

      Cons

      Margin focused to the point of being penny-wise pound foolish at times. Benefits and pay are marginal especially for the bay area. Not especially respectful of the folks who turn the wheels on a daily basis (administrative, logistical, etc.).

      One of the core values of this Company is Innovate and Invent; this Company walks the talk! An environment that allows engineering to think outside the box. Annual Technology Summit which gathers all technologists from around the world once per year to share and learn from each other. Patent Award rewards and recognition. If you are a technologist this is the place to be. An environment of intelligence, commitment and recognition.

      Opportunity for career growth was limited due to company for some because the market for the company's products is limited.
