This company is always on the cutting-edge of semiconductor analytical technology. The working environment is good. They seem to care about their customers and are always striving to improve their methods and processes.
Cons
Sometimes decisions seem to be made based upon short-term considerations without regard for the long-term effect of those decisions.

Pros
DCG is a small company that has grown every year since its inception in 2008. It makes innovative and interesting products that are used by leading edge customers in the semiconductor industry. The culture is dynamic but changing with growth.
Cons
Margin focused to the point of being penny-wise pound foolish at times. Benefits and pay are marginal especially for the bay area. Not especially respectful of the folks who turn the wheels on a daily basis (administrative, logistical, etc.).
