- Inexperienced and immature CEO
- CEO, founders or leadership team cannot be bothered to get involved in the "charity" events the company champions, it's all done for PR
- The response from the only founder that attended the international women's week event was "the reason there are more white men in the workforce is because the worlds population is more men than women"...I don't know weather to laugh or cry at this statement
- Boys club mentality amongst the founders and leadership team (nepotism isn't even the word!!)
- ZERO direction or unity from leadership team
- No such thing as constructive feedback from management or leadership, you hear about issues senior management have once they go to your boss to put in a complaint
- No willingness to listen or understand employees or fix issues from the ground up
- Closed minded business with poor view of a good work environment
- Poor benefits package
