Pros
I have worked for the company more than 10 years and held numerous positions. The company rewards hard work with opportunity and invests in its members. Unlike some global companies where the culture is very localized, in DLL there is truly one global culture and set of values. Even lower level staff gain exposure to international colleagues and business experiences.
Cons
The Wayne facility is beginning to show its age but a comprehensive refurbishment is planned and will be completed in 2016.
