Pros

Excellent paid time off policy. Nice on-site gym & cafeteria. Pretty good 401K and healthcare. If you are in a sales, credit or upper management role you will be well compensated for strong performance and will likely enjoy job satisfaction. If you have one of the good managers who both understands the work and cares about their employees you can have a long and happy career at this company.

Cons

If you are in sales support or other various operational roles you will be over worked and under appreciated. Those who out-perform their peers are not promoted, instead they are given more and more work to the point where everyone (again, talking about operational roles) has too much on their plate to really be able to succeed. Management does not listen to feedback from those who actually perform the work. Change is from the top down only, and a poor understanding of the actual work flow and the details of the tasks involved has resulted in computer systems and processes that do not function effectively or as intended.

Pros

Great to have a gym onsite. Wonderful lunch room. The people who actually do the day-to-day work truly care about the company.

Cons

Everyone is out for themselves. Managers micromanage. Too many meetings and no real progress. Meetings are held to talk about previous meetings. Nothing gets done. Non existent budgets. Very top heavy. Too many leaders and not enough indians. People are afraid to speak up due to fear of being fired. No growth opportunities unless you are one of the chosen few.

Pros

Small company, easy to access local management in Australia Growing rapidly.

Cons

No work-life balance in Australia. The Credit team is working 60-65 hours a week, sacrificing family life. Usually at 10:30 PM on Sundays, 4-5 credit analysts are seen working online. The credit head has no family so she expects everyone to work weekends and late nights, and she openly has favourites in the team, who pass information to her. Very high pressure job. All the credit work is manual, on excel sheets and word docs. No training and guidance anymore from the company. The systems are antique. No career growth.
