They have significantly ramped up their new hire resources in the past year to make your onboarding much easier. The opportunity to work interdepartmentally and to reach across functional lines to improve processes is best in class. There is a true spirit of cooperation, respect, and desire to help one another that is alive and well at DLL.
Cons
The systems in use are far behind the competition for a company of this size. The desire to overanalyze things sometimes stands in the way of progress and upgrades. Salaries at DLL are competitive, however, the incentive/bonus pay targets are below industry averages.
