The CEO makes it seem like working there is going to be a lot more fun than it is. When I interviewed, I mentioned that due to other commitments I had I would need to be flexible with my schedule. I was told that would not be a problem, and then on the first day I was asked what the hours are that I would be in the office every day. I said I needed to be flexible. That was not okay with HR. I was honest and upfront going in, and I feel that the working conditions were misrepresented. The security protocols were unnecessary for my position, though I was understanding about some of them, others were extreme and were a great hinderment to the success of my position and my contribution to the company's success.
