I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Crossroads Technologies (Holladay, UT) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was actually one of the best I have had. The CEO of the company was actually my interviewer because my position was a top level position reporting directly to him. I was so impressed with his technical expertise at his level, and by his vision. He talked candidly with me and I never got the impression that he was trying to mis-represent anything or hide anything. Ultimately, I was completely impressed with his sincere desire to make sure that I could be happy at his company. He stated plainly "I am not able to sleep at night when my employees aren't happy. I would love to make you an offer, but I need you to take some time and decide for yourself if you can be happier here at crossroads than you are at your current job. Because more than a paycheck, or benefits, or anything else, I want my employees to be able to come work every day and be happy to be here."
He also stated "I am NOT in the business of offering more money to steal employees from other employers. I hate it when that happens to me, and so I don't like to do it to others. So, don't make any decisions just for more pay if you don't feel like my company has anything more to offer you than where you currently are."
In my book, any employer who is willing to turn away top talent in order to stay true to a belief system is a company I want to work for. After getting hired, that same philosophy always been woven into the fabric of this company. I left a career of 12 years and have never been happier.

Question 1
He told me that he completely understands that not everyone knows everything, and that many people don't have all of the experience or skills needed for a specific job. Then he asked me "what would you do if you needed to know something in order to complete you job that you didn't already know?"
