Pros

- Adequate training was provided to bring me up to speed and get ready to be an active participant in projects. - Opportunities to explore and work with new technologies, tailored to personal interest, and utilizing them in the field have been given to me throughout the process from being hired as a new grad, allowing me to learn career-enhancing skills that have real, professional value - Highly supportive team members willing to answer any questions during the training process and throughout the role. - Expense reporting is simple with travel expenses fully covered and home office expenses (internet and phone) covered monthly. - Management team very open and willing to listen to team members and discuss various concerns including salary, projects being worked on, and more. - Fair pay that the team has proven will continue to grow as your skills and value to the company grow. - Great culture with a fun, smart team that can always help with an issue with the wide variety of knowledge among the group. - Dedicated to recognizing and rewarding hard work. Whether demonstrated through training or progress on one of the many projects, the team will always acknowledge and reward hard work and effort, setting CDA apart from many other companies. - This is truly a great company that has proven to me it cares about it's employees, their well-being, and treating them fairly. Working here has been a fantastic and invaluable start to my career in technology.

Cons

- Company is fast paced and growing, so keeping up may be a little overwhelming and challenging at times, but this is made easier with the teams help

Pros

The team at CDA gives employees the opportunity to continuously improve their professional career through paying for certifications, showcases, and allowing employees to continue to challenge themselves through increased responsibility in their role. Certifications are rewarded with either a bonus or salary increase so if an employee wants to make more money they can gain a certification. Everybody at the company is reachable so if there are any issues an employee can reach out to anybody who might be able to help

Cons

Very fast paced during on-boarding and training when compared to a college class and can be overwhelming at times Expectations can be ambiguous at times but clarification can be given by reaching out to appropriate supervisor

Pros

I started the position straight out of college and was taught the ropes of Citrix administration by experts in the field. I got to know the inner workings of each component so I could effectively troubleshoot issues with customers. Lab materials were provided such as a server to build a test environment, all licensing, and images needed to complete my tasks. Continuous education allowed me to learn a multitude of technologies to better help the customers at hand. There was ample training regarding each technology to ensure confidence and competency before working with customers. Remote work allowed me to be flexible and work from where ever I needed to. The culture is very inclusive and everyone is willing to help solve any issues that may arise. There are opportunities to move up in the company. There is flexibility with your career path, as team members have the ability to transition for developer roles to systems administration or vice versa. This allows everyone to find what they are truly passionate about. Managers are very laid back and do not micro manage. Compensation is great Traveling for customer work is great to connect with them and build relationships There are team events yearly to connect with coworkers and celebrate

Cons

As a remote worker there is less opportunity to work with co-workers as they are geographically dispersed
