Certifications are rewarded with either a bonus or salary increase so if an employee wants to make more money they can gain a certification. Everybody at the company is reachable so if there are any issues an employee can reach out to anybody who might be able to help

Very fast paced during on-boarding and training when compared to a college class and can be overwhelming at times Expectations can be ambiguous at times but clarification can be given by reaching out to appropriate supervisor
