My supervising executive made this job a nightmare. I left a position with 8 years of excellence and skills and sadly took a job working for this person. She was degrading and demeaning and to top it off she tried to tell me I lacked the core competencies for the job. This came after I emailed my concerns regarding her demeaning behavior. I do not feel this company values any diversity, as my coworker began acting judgmental as soon as she found out my sexual orientation. I have watched the ad for this position go up repeatedly since I left. You would think that her supervisor would figure out who the problem is by now. The people around me there ALL disliked the person I worked for and would say "Good Luck" when they found out who I was working for. My supervisor had the worst manners, and the worst communication skills of anyone I have ever worked for. Is it just a coincidence that my employers before her and after her all have great things to say about my performance? The whole experience was shocking. I left a good job for that opportunity and working for this executive was truly the worst experience of my life. Tomorrow I am being promoted at my new job. And this woman is on her 3rd or 4th assistant in a year. Cox? How can you let someone treat people this way? You are complicit to her abuse.
