One of the few large public companies in Orange County left and show willingness to invest in employee training.
Cons
Incredibly difficult to advance and HR is willing to play chicken with their employees. You are replaceable and it shows in their actions. Also, they are making employees go back to the office soon, no exceptions. Why put employees at risk? No feedback was asked and we either go into the office or have to take a leave of absence. Employees have shown the ability to work from home with excellent results. Leadership comes from the viewpoint of if they're not in the office, they're not being productive. All other companies are not returning this year and are revisiting their office footprint to allow flexible with from home schedules. We are doing the exact opposite. It's like we're working back in the 50s.
