Pros
CoreLogic has the potential to be a stellar place to work. The data assets in this API-driven economy hold alot of potential to be unlocked. They have invested in Gen 2 technologies which again, brings the promise of potential.
Cons
Where CoreLogic falls short is with the execution. They continue to be hamstrung by 'old school' thinking that holds them back in a digital economy. They hold onto working models of yester-year which limits the value and investment dollars contributed towards their Gen 2 offerings. Additionally, the actions of their executive team makes it difficult to drive a culture of ownership and excitement. As an example, the company is aggressively 'forcing' teams back to on premise interactions despite CDC guidance and schools being closed in several of their markets. They have a 'do it or leave' attitude and offer no support for employees (who were successful working remotely) to be accommodated in any way. It's an unnecessary negative approach during an already stressful time. With this lack of caring comes frequent turnover for key positions. With the right leadership the company could shine.
