Pros

Highly approve of the CEO, COO, Presidents one in India and other in US office. Some good quality QSAs (though not appreciated). Flexible timings (too flexible that Blue Purple Yellow VPs doesn't show up in office).

Cons

Many Cons. Mostly dealing with the unskilled blue yello purpl VPs (managers/hods whatever you call them). These are so called managers who have not been give a basic managerial training, hence they are not aware of how to handle people and process. These 2 heads hardly shows up in office while entire office is working hard and staying late in office. These 2 heads never appreciate good work (also be ready to miss imp event of ur life because of these 2 people). They are highest paid and least bothered employees of this company. Not able to handle the easiest of the projects and resources. May be once you resign they will see you. Rest everything in the company can be managed. Also, what is the 50 member development team doing? Never seen an output from them (best part is their managers sit in exotic foreign locations while entire team is in mumbai office). There are not enough people. Handling 500+ clients with a limited workforce is impossible and they are not even bothered if old employees are leaving the company (thanks to those heads).

Pros

I'm a security consultant in their US business so I get to travel and work closely with clients Senior management are generally supportive of the US although my colleagues may beg to differ

Cons

The quality is lacking as most of our back office work and development is done by a team in India who are paid a fraction of what US staff are paid They're trying to be a one-stop-shop across multiple disciplines and this is diluting our capabilities. Basically we're an Indian company but we want to look like a US company and its not coming through in the output of our work or service and product offerings.
