Pros

It was a good company before 3 years ago.

Cons

They have introduced new rating system and employees are working continuously to achieve the points as if they are daily wage workers. Client-side POC's don't have manners to speak. they will ask you to come even on heavy rains and weekends. you will literally cry inside and management doesn't care about your emotions. they just want money. Some managers will not show any respect to their team members in front of other teams and other teams laugh at them. Lots of partiality among the team. some teams get good salary even when they are dumb. HR's trying to save companies money by giving less increment. You will feel like you are a beggar. Nothing to learn because of daily burden activities. No personal life. Sometimes you have to work from home after completing office hours even on Saturday and Sundays. No market standard salary because the company doesn't have any standard. You will feel like you are a slave.

Pros

Highly approve of the CEO, COO, Presidents one in India and other in US office. Some good quality QSAs (though not appreciated). Flexible timings (too flexible that Blue Purple Yellow VPs doesn't show up in office).

Cons

Many Cons. Mostly dealing with the unskilled blue yello purpl VPs (managers/hods whatever you call them). These are so called managers who have not been give a basic managerial training, hence they are not aware of how to handle people and process. These 2 heads hardly shows up in office while entire office is working hard and staying late in office. These 2 heads never appreciate good work (also be ready to miss imp event of ur life because of these 2 people). They are highest paid and least bothered employees of this company. Not able to handle the easiest of the projects and resources. May be once you resign they will see you. Rest everything in the company can be managed. Also, what is the 50 member development team doing? Never seen an output from them (best part is their managers sit in exotic foreign locations while entire team is in mumbai office). There are not enough people. Handling 500+ clients with a limited workforce is impossible and they are not even bothered if old employees are leaving the company (thanks to those heads).

A Company on the Verge of Extinction

Pros

Control case was a great company until it was sold to a Venture Capitalist.

Cons

The VC has hired some incompetent executives who are only looking after their own pockets. Neither of the executives are ever in the office nor communicate what’s going on. They are often doing personal work and are clueless on answering questions they should have answers for. They are willing to spend thousand’s on charitable events but won’t pay for employee training citing “financial issues”. They will often fire people putting the blame on them just to save their own backs and replace them with more incompetent folks who are friends of theirs. This company is losing money fast and will probably be extinct soon.
