Pros

- used to be stability, but not sure for how long - many locations across the world and chances to work with people from all over the world, with the biggest benefit being also visiting those places (even though it is also reduced currently)

Cons

- direct and timely communication was not a thing here, Many last minute announcements, mostly negative - Very slow to change bad parts of existing processes or adapt new ones even when "actively working on it" - austerity measures which sacrifice a lot to save little to nothing and only undermine the authority of upper management

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
