Pros

As someone who was far from Auto industry, I worried a lot that I won't be able to get used to the job but... - Clear introduction system about the job understanding - Strict colleague who were willing to help out for new employee - High level of Work and life balance - Less organizational culture within company - Chance to develop my career - Diverse experience with different employee in different country - Clear WFH environment those Pros helped me a lot to get used to the work system and company environment.

Cons

- Everyone has different WFH date, and which generates less positive communication via online - Completely isolated with different department, so I didn't know what's going on in other general department - Communication lack with other department which cause miscommunication about the job

Pros

Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

Cons

Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
