Pros
Good work-life balance. They tend to care for their SW developers. Good environment, friendly co-workers. Working here opens a lot of doors (both in and outside the company).
Cons
Old mentality in an industry that is changing fast, which hurts the possibility for future projects. Promotions tend to stagnate (at least in Mexico), forcing many to move to a different employer.
