Pros
In general the work environment is good, the people are not that young but with lots of experience and that helps you to grow as a professional. The salary is good, above the average and they give you a lot of trainings that feed your resume and your position within the company.
Cons
There are several ticks that you gotta know like, you don´t have to be friend of all the personnel, but you have to know how to coexist with all because somehow someday you will need the support of almost everyone and that helps you to be promoted of position in case you have that in mind.
