      Pros

      - Fast Paced - never bored - 401K match is good - Overall benefits are decent - HSA account and FSA accounts

      Cons

      - Everything is driven from Germany down. - Monthly pay. Same as germany. - High Stress - Reduced benefits for 2013 (Higher deductible / higher Coinsurance) - Below average pay compared to related industries (Unless you work in Germany) - No awareness to local customs / traditions (ie monthly pay versus bi-weekly pay)

      Pros

      Great work life balance and culture. If you want to work at a place that will provide a low stress, flexible position with amazing people, this place is no doubt one of the best in that area.

      Cons

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
