Pros
A great place for an Automotive engineer to work outside of the Detroit area. There is a very large automotive company backing this division, one of the fve largest in the world. I think it is important to tap into that knowledge base. The work life balence of this company is great. There allow ample time off and a flexible work schedule
Cons
This location has become an outpost of the outpost that is North America to this German owned company. There are also many challenges facing the North American automotive industry.
