Pros
The people are amazing. Almost everyone you meet is a wonderful human being who has your back. Good place to start a career. Some of the engineering teams are doing really impressive work and working with cutting edge microservice technologies. Dev Ops is incredible. Office culture was great (when we were in the office). Had difficulty adjusting that to WFH environment. Good benefits
Cons
Out of touch and dysfunction in management. If you're not coming in on a big salary all likelihood is you will remain underpaid in engineering no matter how much work you put in. Leadership can put their foot in their mouth often. Whiplash from two years of getting acquired, WeWork IPO fiasco, then Conductor founders. The company itself doesn't seem to have much legs yet. Many of the top performers have left over the past year due to the issues listed here.
