Cons
Management style is antiquated, Excessive workload, no training or resources, sink or swim environment, no communication among teams, poor collaboration with internal team and ineffective meetings, nepotism, everything is urgent or asap because they don't plan everything is on the fly and no strategic direction, no guidance and no support for career growth. The work environment is set up for employees to fail or become workaholics to meet the unrealistic demand - which is also not good. Unfortunately, my direct senior manager was rude and unprofessional, I did not enjoy working for him because he was always hyper, blame shifts and is very disrespectful. If you read what a bad manager is on google - he has all the qualities and traits.
