      Terrible Top Management do not respect to their employees and their family

      Cons

      The top management in HK region do not appreciate their employees efforts and contribution. They do not respect you as a human, they sees you as a slave to them. They even do not respect your personal life and your family. If you have family with kids, DO NOT work for this company.

      No C-level has a vision for leading whereof the company, trial and error every 3 months on new structures and new directions. Most of them has probably bare knowledge of US market 10 years ago, definitely ZERO knowledge and experience for rest of the world, driving this legendary brand into bankruptcy for sure. All restructuring is literally a joke, save no costs, improve no top line and scare off all talented people. Hong Kong office is a hell led by incapable management.

      Basic medicial including children. Not much OT Not running a business but restructuring the company for sale instead

      Cons

      Only about 10% increase of salary for promotion. If you were underpaid you will be underpaid forever no matter how you were promoted
