Pros
Indefinite contract after 18-month traineeship rotating between digital areas of the bank guaranteed. Significant investment in new joiners with dedicated team. Working abroad opportunity in traineeship. Competitive salary.
Cons
Some teams still have closed-minded employees, which unfortunately are still vital for maintaining software. Growth opportunities seem limited if you plan to stay longer (Although I haven't worked here long enough to judge this 100%). If you're not used to work in big enterprises and specially in germany, you'll have some trouble getting used to the burocracy and time it takes for certain things to get done.
