      Colleagues are friendly. Supervisors have great knowledge to the field, where juniors can learn 1 on 1 at fast pace.

      Cons

      Global policies are always changing. Full of workplace politics in Frankfurt HQ spilled over to global branches. Lack of training and promotion opportunities to junior people.
